The Series BV2 is the economical choice for high quality, stainless steel ball valves for use in chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper and general applications. Coupled with an electric or pneumatic actuator, the BV2 provides an excellent, low cost automated valve package. The Series BV2 body and endcaps are constructed of investment cast stainless stell, while the ball and stem are 316 SS. Seats and body seals are 15% glass reinforced Teflon? providing broad media compatibility and bubblelight shutoff to 1000 psig. Internally loaded, blowout-proof stem providessafety in the event of overpressure. Full port design allows for maximum Cv with minimal pressure drop. Integral actuator mounting pads allows for ease of automation.
